Indian Pakistani Mens Kurta Shalwar Kameez
Kameez is long top also known as kurta which is usually meant to be worn slightly lower than knees length with mandarin collar or western collared styles (shirt collar) also worn slightly baggy loose fit. These are normally available in sizes from 36 to 52, meant to be worn between 4 to 6 inches loose than actual chest size with both sides pockets stitched just above slits on either sides of kameez. Kurtas come in various designs and fabrics with machine or hand embroidery on the neck for smart formal look ideal for birthday parties, Bollywood themes, weddings, religious occasions and plain for casual wear or sleepwear. Kurtas are usually straight and flat with long sleeves. Shalwars (trousers) are baggy for comfortable fit. Most of Indian men prefer kurtas with churidar pajama instead of salwar.
